Now that you have decided to sell your home, you will need to have commissioned a Home Information Pack (HIP) before the marketing of your property can begin.
Our packs are HIP CODE and SEARCH CODE compliant and normally take 5 working days to compile. We will contact your nominated estate agent directly to provide proof that you have commissioned your pack and we will forward you and your agent access online to monitor the progress of the pack’s assembly.
If you marketed your property before the relevant HIP implementation dates and now require an Energy Performance Certificate (mandatory since 1st October 2008 for all sales properties),
we can provide those as well.
